Guarantee:

In the event that the merchandise is damaged inside the package, we invite you to notify us within 48 hours of receiving the package at the following email address: infoemporiocbd@gmail.com, attaching photographic documentation of the damaged goods.

The email in question must also contain the order number. We will analyze the email as soon as possible and proceed with either refunding the merchandise, sending a new shipment, or issuing a voucher equivalent to the value of the compromised merchandise, depending on the circumstances.

Right of withdrawal:

In accordance with current consumer rights regulations, customers have the right to withdraw from the merchandise without incurring any penalties. To request withdrawal, the customer must send us an electronic communication within 48 hours of receiving the package. In order to request withdrawal of the merchandise, the latter must not have been compromised after opening, and any seals and accompanying documentation must still be intact. The return of the merchandise will be at the expense of the consumer, including any shipping costs and choice of courier. We will proceed with the refund as soon as the merchandise is received back. If the right of withdrawal is declared due to our fault, such as damaged and/or incorrect products, we will arrange for a new shipment at our expense.

Delivery:

Deliveries will be dispatched within 72 hours of receiving the order during the working days from Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 17:00.

Deliveries are made to the address provided by the user in the order summary. At the time of delivery, users must promptly check the contents of the package and, in case of anomalies or damages, notify us within 48 hours. Consumers also have the right to refuse a visibly damaged package; in that case, after a photographic verification by the user through our contacts, we will proceed with a new shipment at our expense. Shipments can take place in the countries specified in the appropriate section.

We will rely on a courier for shipping and will not be responsible for any delays due to them. We will provide maximum cooperation for every need. If the customer provides incorrect shipping details and does not act promptly, any subsequent shipment will again be at the expense of the consumer.

Regarding cash on delivery, the accepted payment limit is €300. The security of payments through Visa and Mastercard cards is entrusted to the Qonto Company.
