Contract Activation and Conclusion:

Upon payment and the commencement of the contract between the consumer and EmporioCBD, the terms and conditions we have formulated will be automatically considered confirmed. EmporioCBD undertakes to prepare the shipment as quickly as possible, which will be entrusted to the courier. Any delays or damages to the packages caused by the courier are exempt from our responsibility.

The contract will be considered concluded when the customer has received the goods and verified that they correspond to the placed order.

Conditions of Use:

By purchasing Emporio CBD products, you also accept the corresponding sales and usage conditions. In the event of improper use of the merchandise, we do not assume any civil or criminal liability.

User Rights

Warranty:

If the merchandise is damaged inside the package, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the package at the following email address: infoemporiocbd@gmail.com, with attached photographic documentation of the damaged goods.

The email should also include the order number. We will analyze the email as soon as possible and proceed with a refund, a new shipment, or a voucher equal to the value of the compromised goods, depending on the case.

Right of Withdrawal:

In accordance with current consumer rights, customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase without incurring any penalties. To request withdrawal, the customer must send an email within 48 hours of receiving the package.

To be eligible for withdrawal, the merchandise must not have been compromised after opening, and any seals and accompanying documentation must still be present.

The return of the merchandise will be at the consumer's expense, including any shipping costs and the choice of courier. We will proceed with the refund as soon as the merchandise is received back.

If the right of withdrawal is declared due to our fault, i.e., damaged and/or incorrect products, we will arrange for a new shipment at our expense.

Shipping:

Delivery:

Shipments will be dispatched within 72 hours of receiving the order during the working day from Monday to Friday, from 10:00 to 17:00.

Deliveries are made to the address indicated by the user in the order summary.

Upon delivery, users must promptly check the contents of the package. In case of anomalies or damages, please notify us within 48 hours.

Consumers also have the right to refuse a visibly damaged package. In that case, after a photographic verification by the user, we will proceed with a new shipment at our expense.

Shipments can take place in the countries specified in the relevant section.

We will rely on a courier for shipping and will not be responsible for any delays on their part. We will provide maximum cooperation for any needs.

If the customer provides incorrect shipping information and does not act promptly, any subsequent shipment will be at the consumer's expense.

Regarding cash on delivery, the accepted payment limit is €300.
